Purchasing Information

Welcome to Monty Winnfield Rings! Here you will find a collection of rings made by hand in Colorado, USA.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE:

All rings are made to order and take about 2 weeks to produce. If you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive your order, please include this information in the checkout note and/or let me know as soon as possible.

During checkout, please also provide any additional sizing information in the message box (or if that is missed, please email us ASAP with your information). Rings can be made to any US whole, half, or quarter size. I am also familiar with international sizing standards, so please feel free to provide your sizing information in either US or international sizes. The width of each ring is often customizable, please see individual listings for information on this.

SIZING EXCHANGES:

In the event that an item does not fit, it may be exchanged once within 14 days of receipt of your product for the correct size. The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition in its original packaging to be eligible for a no cost exchange. The original item must be received prior to the replacement item being shipped. Exchanges will be produced in accordance with the current lead time and shipping must be paid for by the buyer.

Any item that has been customized in any way (by size, width, material, design, or engraving) is ineligible for a free exchange. In the event that a customized ring does not fit, the order may still be eligible for an exchange for a fee. Please contact us for details.

Before returning an order for an exchange, please contact us for a request authorization number so that we can keep track of your order.

 REFUNDS:

An item may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition in its original packaging for a full refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Any item that has been customized in any way (by size, width, material, design, or engraving) is ineligible for a refund. In the event that a customized ring does not fit, the order may still be eligible for an exchange for a fee. Please contact us for details.
